Hello everyone,
As some of you may know, there has been a huge recall, regarding more than fifty types of pet food. I know that, like myself, a lot of people here have pets, and so I wanted to post the web address where you can go to look at which types of food have been recalled, the code numbers, etc. The link follows:

I forgot to mention that this recall involves both cat and dog food, and at this point, the company isn't quite sure on what's going on. All they know is that the foods seem to cause severe kidney failure, and there have been deaths.

Hi, all. LeAnn, I'm glad you posted this. As far as I know, the recall only concerns wet food, like pouches and cans of dog and cat food. If I still had Shadow, I'd definitely have something to worry about, since he loved Eukanuba pouches. But Emma won't touch any wet food.

Yeah, as far as I know, it's only the wet food. From what I read on the manufacturer's site, the dry food isn't even made by them. So, for now, the dry is good. My cats don't eat wet food, but I did want to post this for those who do have cats or dogs who do eat wet food. Actually, sometimes, my parents give their dogs wet food over their dry food, as a little treat, but thankfully, we didn't have any of the cans that were being recalled.
